Materials 1: Double-Media Quenching Cr-Mo Alloy Steel Series
We specially design the material for ball mill liners in mines, coalfired power plants and cement plants, etc.. With our special double-media quenching process, the material can not only achieve ideal hardness (HRC48~55) but also ideal toughness value (AK30~100J). It can completely meet the requirement of liners of large and middle-size ball mills at home and abroad. The match of Middle Chrome Liners and High Chrome Cast Balls has been the typical model in coal mills and cement mills. Meanwhile,the material is applicable to the teeth plates, armored plates and hammers of crushers and excavator bucket teeth.
Materials 2: Pearlitic Cr-Mo Alloy Steel Series
The Pearlitic Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Steel Liners are widely used in AG Mill,SAG Mill and Ball Mills.
Hardness: HB310-375 (equivalent to HRC33-42)
Impact resistant Value: Ak≥60J (60×10×10mm) in normal ambient temperature.
We can produce pearlitic Cr-Mo steel as per AS2074 Gr. L / 2B.
We specially design the material for cement mill liners ,Which includes boltless liners,shell liners, grate plates ,end liners etc..
The material can not only achieve ideal hardness (more than HRC48) but also ideal toughness value (AK30~100J).
The liners are more reliable and safer than normal liners, it also can save the cost.We can produce cement mill liners as per the drawings of customers.
Test Facilities
Test facilities include Spectrometer for chemical analysis, HRC table hardness tester, HBN table hardness tester, two portable hardness testers, impactor and universal material testing machine for inspection of mechanical properties, matrix microscope for metallographic examination, ultrasonic tester for ultrasonic inspection and magnetic particle tester for magnetic testing.
These facilities are used to ensure the consistent quality of products. We achieved the certificate of quality management system ISO 9001:2000. Our current capacity of finished castings is 4500 tons / year. We have a good credit of delivery of products in accordance with the contracts.

2. Q: As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the products won’t be broken?
A: Our products is film wrapped, to make sure the products can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the products with the container.
3. Q: After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the products at present?
A: All the products will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our products are easy to be installed, if you customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be charged by you.
